While waiting, we met Doug and his outgoing, funny, personality kept us amused and occupied. He took us on multiple test drives. Just before we left, we felt in love with a Mustang on the lot. Recall on car I made the appointment over the phone but they didnt tell me who it was with. I got there and told the first guy that came up why I was there. He aske I made the appointment over the phone but they didnt tell me who it was with. I got there and told the first guy that came up why I was there. He asked who it was with and I tol him I didnt know. He went to look up my last name then came back said John...let me find him. There was no one else in the service area during this time. John came over after a few minutes and was great. It took longer than expected on the car but he finally called. I picked it up after the rain stopped. More

Didnt fix the problem Oil change done before this most recent, they did not secure the engine cover. So it fell the next day. They said it was fine. Had next oil change, Oil change done before this most recent, they did not secure the engine cover. So it fell the next day. They said it was fine. Had next oil change, month and a half later cover falls off again. Now its my problem they hung it for now but i have to order new clips. It wasnt at fault of mine. More
