The entire sales and finance staff at Ford of Upland demonstrated consistently professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Of all the vehicles I’ve purchased over 45 years this was the easiest, demonstrated consistently professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Of all the vehicles I’ve purchased over 45 years this was the easiest, with only my bank fouling up an all cash sale. Upland handled that glitch with grace and understanding. I’m quite impressed with my F-150 Hybrid, a real truck balanced toward its ICE, while using electricity when it makes sense. Kudos to Ford for understanding their vehicles and customers. Victor was great in that he wanted to earn our business and was helpful and friendly. Previously we didn’t really get the feeling that upland cared to sell us a truck but after going in, we’re glad victor and was helpful and friendly.
