I took my Jeep in for death wobble, and to see if my warranty would cover it. Cody took it and got everything submitted and got it fixed for me. I was given options for new tires, which I really needed that were what I was looking for and not an upsell. I got my car back and it was clean and just like I handed it to them because they promised me they would keep it inside at night and they did. This service department is terrible. After taking my car there three time for air ride suspension issues, they stated they couldn't fix it and it was the BATTERY! The service manager is terrible as well, he makes promises then flakes every time there is an issue, which they usually remain unresolved. After not fixing the air ride suspension issues, they sent unsolicited text messages asking me to bring my truck back for service. In no uncertain terms I told them where they could go because they didn't fix the issue I brought it in for! My truck is now having other issues and I talked to the service manager Bart, who stated he would put me on a wait list for a loner and be in contact within a week to bring my car in for service. No one contacted me, so I called today, only to be told they will not service my vehicle! What? She didn't have a reason but told me Bart sent an email and added me to the do no service list. The coward talked to me and said he was adding me to a wait list only to add me to a do not service list because his techs could't fix my car and I don't want unsolicited service? Wow!!! Stay away they are terrible and the service manager, Bart is a jerk!!!! More
Service Department Review: Chris Kite went above and beyond for me and my Wrangler. I first encountered him at a different dealership and was super bummed when he left. He is Very aware of my feelings f beyond for me and my Wrangler. I first encountered him at a different dealership and was super bummed when he left. He is Very aware of my feelings for Frisco, Plano and McKinney service departments. I reached out to Paul Aceto to find out both him and Chris were now at Forest Lane. Chris was able to accommodate a loaner vehicle for me very quick. Took care of a recall, five new tires and routine maintenance. Was transparent with pricing everything out, answered all my questions and kept me well informed. I am thrilled to be able to utilize an advisor whose judgment I trust and doesn’t talk down or dumb to me because I am female. I will absolutely be returning to Forest Lane in the future. Thank you to Chris, Paul and everyone who was a part of the service on my vehicle! More

Absolutely no excuse, where’s the service manager, oh that’s right he doesn’t work on Saturday so you’ve got one advisor, no porter no cashier no service And to make it even worse they called me and tried to sell me a car while I was on hold, again checking on my truck. Ram service here is horrible. More
