Repairs Completed OK but lookout My Lincoln Navigator was towed here while I was traveling nearby. It took a week to have my repairs completed (warranty work) but it did not really b My Lincoln Navigator was towed here while I was traveling nearby. It took a week to have my repairs completed (warranty work) but it did not really bother me as I had a rental car. The dealership had no loaner vehicles available but assured me I would be reimbursed for the car rental as my warranty entitled me to a loaner. Three months later they still have not reimbursed me. After two months of gentle reminders, emails from me and phone calls the Service Advisor stated they would send me a check blaming Lincoln corporate for the delay. Another month - now 3 months and I still have not been reimbursed. It seems that because I am from out of state they don't care that I am part of the Lincoln family and can just stiff me. I am giving them a 2 star rating because the repair work was fine but if you are from out of state (or local) I would go elsewhere. They give Lincoln a bad reputation and will impact my decision to ever buy a Lincoln again More
