Though she is a newer salesperson at Tynan's, Brian and Carter made sure that we never skipped a beat. John was very helpful on the financial and warranty end of the transaction, and helped us find a payment that my wife and I are comfortable with. They even came pretty close to what we had in mind for the trade in value. The entire sales staff was friendly and up front with us. I was looking for information to replace our car when I entered Tynan's. Joe Diana greeted me at the door, and listened to our needs, and immediately found something that would be perfect and a great deal. I went home with the information, and after a meeting with the insurance company, realized that the offer from Joe wouldn't work for us. I went back to thank him for his help, and he was able to offer me another option to lease a vehicle that was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured, only that they were trying to help us in any way they could especially in our situation. Joe made sure we had all the information and numbers we needed, and even called to tell us something that we hadn't discussed at the dealership. He went far and beyond to help us. We are sincerely grateful, and will make Joe Diana and Tynan's our first stop in the future. More

The prices offered by Tom were very competitive, but they were for a different vehicle year and were out of the price range I was interested in. Nevertheless, Tom didn't apply any pressure. Not only that, he provided support after I had purchased the vehicle (from a different dealership) and that is above and beyond what anyone could expect. I certainly have respect and trust someone willing to go out of their way on something that is not currently benefiting them and plan to do business with them in the future once the need arises. If he treats "non-customers" this well, just think how he'd treat current customers. More
