It took leaving a message at 9, calling at 1 being told I would be called back. I called and left messages at 3:30,4, and at 4:30 was told again I would be called back.. At 5:15 I was told that they were not done and don’t work on Saturday. They still have my car, will have it until Monday at least. So reaching out and acting like they care is all show. I have not been able to do my job properly, missing a funeral they were told a week in advance about, and all should have been handled before I ever came into the picture. Buyer beware. Will be a min 14 days and counting. Well they have had my car for 10 days, sure it will be 11 since they have not returned phone calls for 2 days. I have left messages for my tech as well as the service manager. Since I didn’t schedule my sun roof coming out of the track, Madison instructed me that you can’t get a dr appointment by walking in. Well if something is broken you go to er was my response. This was her response to a rental. Mind you, they were aware of this problem before I made the purchase. They had it for two days back in June for sun roof issues. They don’t car they have their money. Meanwhile I am supposed to pay for a rental while this could have been handled if they fixed it while it was on their lot for 2 months. Will keep updated as I have called my tech twice today, spoke with another service tech twice who assured me that I would get a call back. Per the website, drove to the 13921 STT, Fort Myers address. The "dealership" looks like it was a previously a used car lot: no lobby, no service dept, no showroom, no finance dept., just what seemed t address. The "dealership" looks like it was a previously a used car lot: no lobby, no service dept, no showroom, no finance dept., just what seemed to be a few pieces of rental furniture housing a handful of people practicing Glengarry, Glenross sales techniques. They had the car I wanted so I stayed. I left a deposit on a lease but was not offered any “deal” paperwork whatsoever. I had to request a written quote. For three days requested further detail; residual value, payoff numbers, etc. Evasive non-direct answers given. I also decided to see a cash option. Again no details. Finally after several exchanges and further manipulations on their part they reluctantly released the numbers I requested. I then discovered that they were hiding fees for dealer add-ons (not requested) and inflated the MRSP (not told of this) and that they were using a lease money factor equal to 8%. When I requested that the dealer added-on vinyl wrap and window tinting ($4k) be eliminated I was told by the "Acting General Manager", who is green and exhibits immature sales skills, and BTW, is the owner's young, rude, stepson, that "this car is in demand and we deserve to make more money. If you do not take the options, I am adding the cost to the MRSP quoted you". Obviously no deal....He was the one who informed me that "he was not selling me this car". Ha ha! He was doing me the favor. I don't do business like this. Just saying, only shop here if you don't care what you’re paying and don't mind being taken advantage of. You'd might be looking for a luxury vehicle but your experience here will be far from that. More
