I drove into Ft. Wayne Kia expecting to leave with the vehicle I had driven in due to the fact of the payoff amount on my Dodge. I walked over to the 1 I had pick and it couldn't have been more then 15 or 20 seconds and Kyle Boyer came over to me and ask if he could help me find something to take home!We talked about what I was looking for and I explained to Kyle about the payoff on my Durango.It didn't stop him from going to work on a deal even though I thought it would never happen. He asked for my keys so he could take my vehicle to get it appraised and he said he would get the keys for the Sorento I had picked out. He was gone just a few minutes and returned with a set of keys and we took the car out for a spin. It wasn't just your average take it around the block drive either!! We went through some lots and drove some streets and he took me to a set of railroad tracks. Kyle wanted me to get a real feeling of how the car rode on the smooth and rough roads both. We hit the freeway so I could see how much get up and go it had too!! We returned to the lot and went to his office and chatted for a while. By now I really wanted this vehicle, but figured the payoff on mine was going to stop the deal. Kyle went and returned with some paper work and when we went over it they offered me full trade-in value for mine where no other dealer had even come close. That made me still behind on payoff, but they worked out the numbers with trade and rebates and I couldn't believe it, they had worked me a deal I couldn't pass up! Kyle asked if I could work with this deal and then he took me to met Dave in finance. Dave and I talked and I knew they wouldn't make much on the deal but they worked it out anyways. I think that, thanks to Kyles' hard work and the time he had to spend with me working the deal,That FT.Wayne Kia will get my repeat business, and even though I live 2 hours from Ft. Wayne I will be taking My New Kia back to them for all my service and needs! This was an excellent dealership to shop from, my favorite convenience was that you can easily go online and look at the inventory and it's clearly marked!! Dave was easy going and so professional also, he knew his stuff when it came down to purchasing a vehicle and was NOTHING like the typical pushy sales consultants I've dealt with before!! Dave took my fiance and I to look at several cars that were in our budget, and when we came to a obstacle of the vehicle we really wanted being a little out of our price range, he went above and beyond and got us the perfect price!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my car, and it's even more exciting because I got it at such an excellent price!! I went to many dealerships before and walked away from several of them because they were so pushy, or not staying in the price range we wanted, however Dave listened to all of my concerns about the car as well as the price and met all of my expectations!! Dave even called the very next day to check in and make sure everything was great and that I was completely happy with our purchase, it was so nice!! I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with this place. I came here to purchase my first vehicle and from the beginning, these people could care less about what I wanted. All they cared about was making a sale, and even became extremely rude when I wanted to look at some more vehicles because I was unsure of what was right for me. When I finally did get my vehicle, they for some reason did not have the owner's manual and promised to send me it. After months and months of calling about the manual, they finally sent me one. However, this manual wasn't even the kind of car that I have! They were not helpful whatsoever and could care less about your happiness. All they want is the money. I will NEVER return to this car dealership because of the terrible service I received. More
