Thank you for your reply. After the purchase was done late September, we were able to clarify last weekend the Ziebart appearance package for $1999 that was required for the sale but not itemized on the sales agreement and further clarify that we would have to come back to fort Wayne for the diamond treatment since Battle Creek MI Ziebart where we live was not in the franchise that was Part of the contract with Fort Wayne Toyota as we had been told by Charles. Charles S graciously offered for us to use a vehicle while our truck was being treated for the day in Fort Wayne . We still await a copy of the written extended Warranty that we signed and have the signature page only. We are Still having Difficulty in reaching Tyler Headding in finance who has not returned our calls or provided this written document.
