I felt I was treated with respect. I had been looking for a van for a while and other dealerships advertised but didn’t have them. Service advisor did not listen to what I was saying both times I returned this car for service. I was told that what I saw / observed with the cars dash gauges was wrong, could not have happened. I was l times I returned this car for service. I was told that what I saw / observed with the cars dash gauges was wrong, could not have happened. I was looking at the wrong thing. This was said before the car was ever looked at. Happened both times the car was taken in. I am not at all satisfied that the car was even checked. I think the Problem still exists. More
