Service manager is great. Service let me down by incorrectly installing my steering wheel airbag putting my family at risk. Shop manager came to the site where my wife was stranded with the air bag popped off the wheel, she corrected it on site. This was greatly appreciated, however this is an unacceptable level of service for a Cadillac customer of record at your dealership. I will need to consider other options because I have yet to contacted by anyone at Foundation regarding this experience. So disappointing. I miss MedVed. More

I've been working to get an answer from finance, sales, and even the general manager on a refund of a prepaid maintenance package for over 10 weeks. It has been incredibly frustrating as I've done everything my contract stated, to the point where the GM team is looking for ways to help me... Foundation Chevrolet has been the opposite, no help, no returned calls, no response to emails and they straight up lied and told me the check was in the mail when I visited the dealership. If you value your time, sanity, and want to work with honest people don't bother with Foundation Chevrolet. More
