Be careful when you hear pre-owned, certified vehicle. Was in to pickup my KIA from service, when I was looking for a used truck came across 2011 Ram. Looked at it, test drove it, no issues had some miles Was in to pickup my KIA from service, when I was looking for a used truck came across 2011 Ram. Looked at it, test drove it, no issues had some miles, damage, 119,000 but if i could get 75,000 more I would be happy. Bought it, took it home and the next morning it started, engine light came on. They said they replaced the coil pack on cylinder #6 and one spark plug, has two per cylinder. Dropped it off Mark said doesn't know why they only replaced the one will take care of it. Came back that afternoon, nothing done, said the mechanic doesn't think it was the plug. Need to leave for them to figure it out, need to cold start it, hmm sat all day? Need the vehicle to get around, can't have it down for days on a maybe. Ran the ODB2 diagnostic on the truck after getting suspicious and found 1 fault in the PCM, cylinder #6 misfire and 12 other fault codes. Not a good experience in pre-owned certified service. More

Courtney made a bad situation a good experience We were on vacation from Iowa and had to have my 2017 truck towed in on June 27, 2019 My service contact representative Courtney took care of everyth We were on vacation from Iowa and had to have my 2017 truck towed in on June 27, 2019 My service contact representative Courtney took care of everything from getting us a vehicle to drive, to the warranty work that ended up with the replacement of the trucks engine.
