Just before leaving with my new used truck I noticed an issue with the left side mirror. I was contacted the next day by the Customer Service Manager and was told the mirror would be replaced for me. Medved met all of my high expectations. Thanks again Gary and Medved. It was also a pleasure to meet Mr. Medved. More

Medved doesn't suck - they tried to help We are updating our review to reflect that the problems we experienced are beyond the dealers control. We purchased our vehicle prior to its delivery We are updating our review to reflect that the problems we experienced are beyond the dealers control. We purchased our vehicle prior to its delivery to the dealer. When this is done Medved usually has the car within a few days or at most a week. Well, we've been waiting about 50 days now. But we've come to find out that it's in no way the fault of the dealer. It's on GM. Brett the sales manager has been wonderful in working to get the car as soon as possible and keeping us well informed. We now would like to recommend Medved and ask you to disregard the negative review we previously posted. They've done their best and we appreciate it. More
