Our credit rating is 859 and after waiting for an excessive amount of time, the finance manager came back with a rate of 7.99%. Totally unacceptable. Ask why they wasted my time after being told I wouldn’t finance if the rate was over 5%, he said it really didn’t add much more time. Paid cash. Salesman delivered the vehicle later that evening because they couldn’t get some of the pre/delivery inspection software to work so I could take delivery when paperwork was completed. More
