I wanted to share my recent experience regarding the service I received. While the basic service met my expectations, I encountered an issue with a software update for my vehicle. The display indicated service I received. While the basic service met my expectations, I encountered an issue with a software update for my vehicle. The display indicated that the software was either corrupted or missing. I brought my vehicle in for service for this issue twice, but unfortunately, the necessary updates could not be performed. Ultimately, I took my vehicle to Nissan of Lewisville, where they successfully downloaded and installed the software on the first attempt.
