He took my car in, completed the paperwork real quick, check up with the shop for status of my car, offered a carwash coupon. I recommend this facility to service your car. More

Not very friendly I set and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online. When I got there I stood there with no one asking if I needed help as usual. The ser I set and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online. When I got there I stood there with no one asking if I needed help as usual. The service people seem to avoid eye contact with you. I walked over to one of their desks and got the paperwork done. I asked about how long it would take and was told an hour or so. I had work appointments set for the afternoon so I asked up front. Two hours later I went out to the bay and my truck was in line finished. I asked Cody if my truck was ready as I was late for my appointments. He said that there were two cars ahead that he needed to do paperwork for but if I though I needed to jump in front of them he would do mine next. He was not friendly at all and it seemed that I was bothering him. I said if you would do mine next I would appreciate it as it had been 2 hours when I was told one hour. I have had many bad experiences here with service and always say that I will give them another try. I think I have finally learned my lesson and will not be back. The only reason I did go back is that they are the closest dealer to me. More
