Flat tire - handled "ho hum" Century Chevrolet is my "go-to" place for service for my Chevy Equinox. I brought my vehicle in a few weeks ago for an oil change. At the time, one Century Chevrolet is my "go-to" place for service for my Chevy Equinox. I brought my vehicle in a few weeks ago for an oil change. At the time, one of my tires was registering low air based on the air pressure sensor. As part of the oil change, I was told that the low air pressure was likely a sensor out of whack or needing to be reset. About 2 -3 weeks after my oil change, I started getting a low air alert on my drivers side rear tire. I brought it in for a flat tire repair, thinking it was a nail in the tread area of the tire (my mistake). After about an hour, the service rep came out to tell me that it was a small nail in the side wall and that the tire would need replacement. We just filled it with air and it's been holding since, but I'm sure I will need to replace it. The service rep acknowledged that they should have picked this up at my oil change and the nail was probably there when I brought my car in the first time for the oil change. So, basically I wasted a few hours of my time for the second service visit for an issue that they likely should have determined on my first service visit. But, most of my dealings with Century have been very good to excellent and I would still recommend them to others, but I felt that these 2 appointments could have been handled better and more efficiently and my issues could have been resolved on the 1st appointment. I also asked for a price for a replacement battery for my Pontiac Vibe - the service rep said that someone else (can't remember) would call me with a price to replace. I never received a phone call with a price. somewhat disappointing, I will likely take my vehicle to Firestone for a new battery replacement. More

Same Great Service! I've been exclusively taking my '16 Camaro SS to Century Chevy since moving to Colorado in early 2017.
