This is where Hancess awesome customer service and attention to detail came into play! Just before we jumped over the car to test drive it she immediately brought an Encore and gave us the keys to test drive it after the first one; only because of this we made the buy. In other places they limited to only show what we were asking for and did not looked "above customer expectations" With that said I am a very happy buyer and my wife is really enjoying a very nice car.
