Went in for a scheduled oil change and was told they were 1.5 hours behind and the wait would be 2 hours with change. Why didn’t they call and tell us to come in 1.5 hours later. Was told this after waiting for 10 minutes with 4 service writers ignoring me. Went to Wally Edgar and the oil was changed in 30 minutes. This is the last time we will ever go to Bill Fox. Also, Bill Fix offered no alternatives - a ride home…. Me waiting 2 hours with a SCHEDULED appt did not bother the dealership at all. The customer comes last must be their motto. More
