I walked into fox around lunch time on a Wednesday. I was approached immediately by a younger salesman named Alex. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very polite. I was introduced to Rob the sales manager about 5 minutes into our discussion, who was also knowledgeable and easy to work with. They both made me feel welcome, and like I could really trust their help. I am not ready to buy yet since I am buying a house shortly, but when I am, I will DEFINITELY be back to visit Alex and Rob. Highly Recommend. I have been to several other dealerships in the past few weeks, and Fox is the only one I'll be returning to. Thanks again guys! More

The next day, as I drove away with my new car ... I couldn't believe how easy, stress-free, and absolutely happy I was with the ENTIRE process. How often does that happen ???? They had the type of car I was looking for, worked with me to get my Mazda lease bought out, and got me into the car I wanted, for a price that was within my desired range. On top of all of that, I was treated in a truly friendly and professional manner. The staff, all the way from the Sales Manager, to the wonderful Salesman, as well as the Assistant Manager did everything they could to get me into my desired car and take care of the lease I was truly underwater in. I went to this dealership a few years ago to price out a new vehicle with a trade in. They would not even discus pricing options on the new vehicle or the trade in price unless i let them run my credit. I new vehicle with a trade in. I filled out the credit app but refused to sign it and wanted them to give me an estimate on the trade in. The offered me 5,000.00 less then KBB value on a trade in. i went right over to suburban VW and the offered me just over KBB trade in and well below sticker on the new vehicle. I would never step foot in Fox VW again. More
