My salesman was very pushy, calling all the time. He would get mad when I was negotiating for the best deal. Dick Brooks offered us a lower price, and he got mad that I was going to other businesses He would get mad when I was negotiating for the best deal. He eventually started to end the conversation on the phone, and so I said, "Well I appreciate your time and thank you for..." before I got to finish, clearly in mid sentence, he hung up on me. I have friends that refuse to ever go there since they were bought out. They used to be Breakaway Honda. Now I'll never go back either. More

Took 2017 Honda for service and a tire rotation was recommended. Agreed to the tire rotation, however when the car was returned the pressure readings associated with the individual tires was the same recommended. Agreed to the tire rotation, however when the car was returned the pressure readings associated with the individual tires was the same as before the service. Told by the service advisor and service manger that they were 100% sure the tires were rotated. However, the tire with the slow leak is in the same location as it was prior to the service. It isn't a lot of money but if they cannot be trusted with a $30 tire rotation, I'm certainly not going to trust them with major repairs. To top it off, the last communication from the service advisor was asking not to fill out the survey because that would impact his ratings. More
