Avoid this car dealership at all costs they are dishonest, corrupt, liars and thieves. They will undervalue your trade-in by thousands of dollars, add on fraudulent dealer charges to the vehicle yo dishonest, corrupt, liars and thieves. They will undervalue your trade-in by thousands of dollars, add on fraudulent dealer charges to the vehicle you are buying, re-work the numbers around so that you are paying FULL sticker price. Do not share how much you are comfortable paying for a monthly payment, do not share what the pay off is on your trade in vehicle and do not let this dealership coerce you into filling out the KIA of America survey at the dealership. I own a 2018 Kia Soul, which I love! The check engine light came on and I made appointment and took her in, work was completed and I went home happy with the results. Less than a week The check engine light came on and I made appointment and took her in, work was completed and I went home happy with the results. Less than a week later the check engine light was back on! Made the appointment and took her in. Was told it was something they missed on the last appointment and there would be no charge, good, I thought, should’ve been caught at last visit! The work was completed and again went home. Didn’t drive the car for a couple of days, and paid no attention to the lights on the dashboard. Well when I did I found the dashboard did not look like it usually did. Headlights messed up and ECO light was off. Called to speak with the service manager, in available, left voicemail, next day, left another voicemail, next day left another voicemail. Also tried that Jessica text line and that is worthless. Never received a call from any of the voicemails l left until Monday, by that time I was angry and losing gas mileage, I was told by Mike that there was a button I could press and the ECO would come back on. Asked where it was, “I don’t know”. Well if you don’t know how am I supposed to know? This is the first time I have had problems with Kia of Kia, Won’t be going back, except for oil changes. Any other work will be done by a knowledgeable, reputable mechanic! Sorry, not sorry, but the general manager and Fred Anderson need to get a tight hold of the service department. More
