The 1st time was them servicing my driver's seat that would slightly shift during turns. After they looked at it and did whatever, the collision warning system would constantly give me errors because they accidently pinched the wire to the seat buzz motor. I reported it and they continued to tell me it was a bad motor. Even after I pointed out the crimped and damaged wire from where under the seat. I saw where it was crimped and smashed. I stopped in and showed Ken, the asst service manager, and he said next time I bring it in, they will take care of it. So, I scheduled an oil change that I normally wouldn't do there, and then they wouldn't fix it. Ken told me that they would also rotate the tires as part of the service. I told him not to because I just got new tires a few months ago so it didn't need it. Well they did it anyway, and now the tire pressure monitoring system doesn't work. He told me the battery on one of them went bad. But all of them don't work. I told him not to touch it. But they did. They deny it is their fault and won't have any accountability. Another time, I brought the car there, and when I got it back, I had a dead battery from their parking lot. I had to jump it to get it home from the dealership. They told me I had a bad battery. I never had a problem with the battery before. I have worked with plenty of batteries I used to be a mechanic and have worked on numerous cars and know how they work. Funny how after they serviced it, it went bad. As if the mechanic left the accessories, or door open, or whatever. They wanted to charge me hundred to replace the battery. I did it myself. This service department is terrible and doesn't have any accountability. Either way. I strongly recommend not going here. They care about bottom line and not customer satisfaction. Never accept any responsibility. It's maddening. Deny, deny, deny. Here are the pictures - I never had these alerts before I went in there. Now I have to deal with these annoying alerts. Disgraceful. More

We purchased a beautiful Z4 w/ 40K miles from Fred Beans in Sept of 2021. My wife absolutely loves the car, we took it to our local BMW dealership for service after 1,800 miles of driving. The BMW dealership found metal in the oil and recommended selling the car or replacing the engine (over $10K). I called Fred Beans and was told "there is nothing we can do, since you didn't buy the service plan".... Nothing, no help at all, we drove a $25,000 car for 1,800 miles and it detonates. I would expect that level of treatment from a sleazy used car dealer, not one w/ the reputation of Fred Beans.....amazing More
I was in the garage at 730am and wasnt out until 930am for a LOF. I understand the mechanics dont get in until 8am and the do a multi point inspection but 90 minutes for a LOF and rotate the tires is a b for a LOF. Ken McDonough - was very helpful and got back to me when I didn't have all the correct paperwork to complete my inspection. I dropped my car off on Tuesday evening for a Thursday appointment to avoid the u I didn't have all the correct paperwork to complete my inspection. I dropped my car off on Tuesday evening for a Thursday appointment to avoid the upcoming snowstorm and they took my car in that day and completed the appointment ahead of its scheduled time and got my car back to me that day rather than waiting for the scheduled day. This cadillac dealership and service manager Jim is a disgrace. Have taken Escalade for numerous warranty issues, and now they start with making you sign a paper that you agreed to pay a 129.99 diagnoses disgrace. Have taken Escalade for numerous warranty issues, and now they start with making you sign a paper that you agreed to pay a 129.99 diagnoses fee if the problem that they end up finding is not covered under warranty. What problem with a certified preowned vehicle with the transmission could possibly be not covered. Speakers in cadillac sound horrible in third row and they tell me they all sound like that. Now the warranty is almost up and they are doing this 129.99 fee in case what they find is not covered under warranty. Puddle in driver's side mat of a few inches happened before and took 3 tries for them to figure out what was leaking, now it came back and they want me to agree to pay fee as well in case it is not covered under warranty. Get someone that knows what they are doing to run the service department and knows how to speak to and handle customers before jim kills all your business. Stay away from FRED BEANS there overpriced service, and horrible customer service. They don't care how many times you had problems with a 5 year old cadillac they just want to try and tell you it is not covered under warranty so they can RIP you off!!!! More
No Sale I stopped at this dealer to look at a used truck that had been on their lot for months. The truck had a crack in the windshield, needed new tires, and was missing some electrical connections in the console. The truck was priced as if it was in mint condition. After wasting 2 hours of my time the manager would not budge on price at all despite the defects. They were set on the fact that it would pass PA inspection and that is all that mattered. While there, I saw 3 other customers walk out because the dealership was not flexible on price and did not even attempt to work with them. My salesman, Keith, was very nice and accommodating but received no help from management. More
