The only problem was the time it took to complete the paper work. We waited to long and because of our situation with our handicapped daughter we were ruched and it did not allow us to think and ask more paper work. Specifically the continued service contract which did not give the us time to deside, so we will be canelling the service contract and the cap.We feel we will not be saving money in respect to the acutal long term cost.
