That kind of reassurance is rare, and it really builds trust. On top of that, he was offering real discounts, not just sales talk. The whole team was friendly, transparent, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s the first time I’ve ever left a dealership feeling this confident and taken care of. Wow couldn't believe it but we did it! with help of Mr. Q .. the car my son purchased a 6 months ago from another dealership had some major issue I owed $18000 carmax give me 6500.
