Took 3 hours for oil change. Told service tech I was waiting. Recommended service only had truck 6 months from same dealer . Question what service was done to truck before I purchased it. Not a good first impression of service department. More

Very disappointed. I had take my vehicle for service and had a good service… This time was different took vehicle for oil change and check engine light on… Waited 3 I had take my vehicle for service and had a good service… This time was different took vehicle for oil change and check engine light on… Waited 3 1/2 hrs and engine test didn’t got completed it took to long and I have a Dr. Appointment.. service advisor didn’t seemed to care a all. Freedom Chevrolet was my place for all my needs but considering to change to another service shop. More

Excellent service. Had my truck diagnosed and had to get my transmission completely replaced. It took less than 10 days. Even got me a rental. Awesome!
