Amazing service and staff I took my Suburban in a few weeks ago to diagnose a check engine light and get it serviced. On this particular visit we were in a time crunch and let I took my Suburban in a few weeks ago to diagnose a check engine light and get it serviced. On this particular visit we were in a time crunch and let Cindy know. She was fabulous about getting our service done and the check engine light figured out. We did inform her we were going to come back and get the engine light issue repaired. When we returned a week later to get the other portion fixed our return trip was just as excellent. Joyce got to us right away and had us worked up and our Chevy checked in within minutes. She called me with updates and went the extra mile to ensure I understood what was going on and let me know what my options were. When my vehicle was done she informed me it was ready and let me know that she could have a driver come and pick me up to bring me in. I have never had this much help or even offer of help with another dealer. When I showed up I was greeted right away by the staff, and even only having been there twice I was greeted by name!! As Joyce helped me close up my order Jonathan Stanton-James went to retrieve my vehicle for me so I wouldn't have to walk around in the cold to locate it, he brought it right to the door for me so I didn't need to go far to get in. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this dealership to get any service done. My vehicle runs great and I really felt that everyone on the staff I came in contact with was AMAZING!!!!! Great service, especially while traveling through the area.. I called this dealer after a nearby Chevy dealer told me the recall part was not yet available from GM. Freeland had the part and installed it the nex I called this dealer after a nearby Chevy dealer told me the recall part was not yet available from GM. Freeland had the part and installed it the next morning at 7am. They also completed normal servicing immediately. I was traveling a fair distance and they took care of me as if I was family.
