My husband and I have lived in the Nashville area for a little over a year. We made a 1:30 p.m. service appointment with Gary Mathews on Oct. 11, associating some noises with braking. Finding nothing wrong with the brakes, a nice technician took us on a test drive. Listening to us, he soon made the noises happen at will and assured us he knew the problem. (Did not catch his name, but he was impressive.) However, when we got an estimate of the repair costs, it seemed reasonable to look at a new car. The Service Manager quickly introduced us to Dulce Cadogan. I am a strong supporter of the ERA, but never had a woman sell us a car before, but Dulce or "Dee" confidently demonstrated her abilities as she narrowed down our specifications. Patiently presenting choices on the computer and shuttling cars back and forth on the lot, Dee helped us determine what we wanted and it was on the lot. By now it was 5:30 p.m. and we were exhausted. Although we told Dee we were ready to buy the 2011 Chrysler 300C, we thought we should go home and sleep on it. Dee sympathized, but brought Sales Mgr. Scott Craig over to convince us that we should drive the new car home. Scott expressed concern that our old car was not safe to drive. While we signed papers with Scott, Dee moved our personal items to the new car, exchanged the license plates, and had the car detailed. Before we left, Dee connected my cell phone to the blue-tooth connection and reviewed the changes between our '06 and the '11. She has since called to learn if we have any problems.
