Took my vehicle in for an oil change was told I had an oil leak. I also had a check engine light on. I made an appointment for another day and when I came in that day I told them that my husband erased th oil leak. I also had a check engine light on. I made an appointment for another day and when I came in that day I told them that my husband erased the code but it was one code but I missed informed them. They gave us a list of stuff that it needed that my husband had just done 5 days before so we know it did not need and they said it had oil on the plugs it’s not true. The code I gave them it the code the used but that’s not the code. That’s wrong with it has nothing to do with what the check engine light is coming on for. More

Poor Service The service department tried to find a solution to my truck going into limp mode. They didnt follow my directions to be able to test drive it in the m The service department tried to find a solution to my truck going into limp mode. They didnt follow my directions to be able to test drive it in the mode. Had trouble finding a problem so they chose to blame someone else for putting the wrong fluid in the transmission and therefore causing the problem. This truck hasnt had transmission work since the last time it was in at their shop a year ago. For all I know, one of their guys changed the transmission fluid last year and put the wrong stuff in. Very frustrating that they didnt listen to the customer who drives the truck regularly and knows about the problem. More
