Fremont Toyota Sheridan

We very recently had some major issues with our RAV and the Service Manager, Master Mechanic Dave, and service desk employees, were fantastic. Chris was very patient in our dealings and very helpful with i the Service Manager, Master Mechanic Dave, and service desk employees, were fantastic. Chris was very patient in our dealings and very helpful with ideas of what should be done for repairs on our engine. Once all parties were in agreement, Chris turned the project over to Master Mechanic Dave and the work began. There was a delay in getting all the needed parts. As a result, the project kept getting delayed. We were in need of the repairs being completed by a certain date in order for us to leave on a trip. As a result of the delays, Dave had run out of time personally, as he was due to go on vacation in two days, The parts all finally arrived but Dave was ready for Vacation to start. Dave ended up working over the weekend putting our motor together and without us knowing about it, I went in to get some items out of the RAV on Monday and Chris met me with a smile, stating " Your RAV is Ready!" Needless to say, I thought I heard him wrong, but Chris replied that his mechanic had worked through his vacation over the weekend and had completed the repairs!!! The service department representatives were always so very helpful and personable. We are Extremely Satisfied and We have nothing but positive things to say!!! More
