Avoid This Dealership at All Costs – A Masterclass in How to Lose Customers! Oh, where do I even begin? This dealership is truly a one-of-a-kind experience — if by "one-of-a-kind" you mean a masterclass in how to make your customers question every life decision that led them to you. First off, let’s talk about customer service. Or rather, the lack of it. I’ve been left hanging more times than I can count. Calls? Ha. I wouldn’t hold your breath. I’ve asked for a supervisor more times than I’ve been asked to pay for services. And guess who they send me to? Fernando! Who, instead of solving any problems, was apparently trained in the art of excuse-making. Impressive, really, how quickly he could come up with reasons why nothing could be done. My favorite? “I’ll pass it along to someone else.” Sure, Fernando. Great plan. Too bad it never seemed to happen. Then, as a delightful twist, they send me to Mike Templeton. At this point, I thought things had to get better, right? Wrong. Mike’s customer service philosophy seemed to revolve around two simple options: 1) Take it as-is, or 2) Go somewhere else. And why? Because, as he so kindly put it, he’s “got other customers to tend to.” What a relief, Mike! Clearly, my problem wasn’t that important. But let’s not forget the cherry on top of this disaster. My car? Parked at the dealership for over a month. And it took them two weeks just to diagnose an issue. For context, I’ve had faster turnarounds at a fast food drive-thru. Then, after they change my oil, I suddenly have an oil leak. Awesome. But, of course, when I call to follow up, I’m told it’ll take another month to get parts. So, two months without a reliable car, and I still have to make monthly payments. Let’s just say my faith in humanity, and this dealership, has all but evaporated. Honestly, if you want to experience the thrill of being completely ignored, lied to, and treated like you’re a nuisance for simply wanting your car fixed, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer very clear of this place unless you’re into disappointment, frustration, and “solutions” that are non-existent. Horrible service, horrible customer care, and an overall horrible experience. Just save yourself the trouble, go with a different brand. More

I Will Never Use This Dealership Again! My car was dropped off on Thursday morning 10:00 a.m. (03/30) via appointment. I asked them to look at a noise coming from the right front of the veh My car was dropped off on Thursday morning 10:00 a.m. (03/30) via appointment. I asked them to look at a noise coming from the right front of the vehicle and what appears to be the transmission slipping or slamming into gear. I waited and called back at 4:00 p.m. Friday afternoon (03/31). I was told, "oh, they are just test driving it now and will get in touch with you." A day and a half later and they are just touching my car. Thirty minutes go by and I get a call..."we identified the wheel issue but can't duplicate the transmission problem." Through a frustrated smile, I responded "that is because it doesn't happen until the car is warmed up and you are driving at around 30 mph, which I told you yesterday morning. Of course you didn't find anything, because you just drove down to the corner." Service rep says, "well...our manager lives in Visalia, if you give him permission he will take it with him over the weekend and be able to tell you something on Monday." Frustrated I give my permission. Saturday, Sunday, Monday go by, no call. I this morning, Tuesday (04/03) at 9:30. I have called seven times since then. All I get is a recording. I leave messages, nobody calls me back. Finally, at 1:40 p.m., I call and frustratingly tell the receptionist "do not transfer me to the machine again. Nobody responds and all I want to know is where is my car." She begrudgingly tells me she will try to figure it out and puts me on hold. Four times the phone is transferred, rings outs, and she picks it up. "Can I put you on hold?" the fifth time. Finally she comes back and tells me, "Oh, the service tech is driving it right now to see if the transmission is still slipping." Are you kidding me!!!!! This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere, for any thing. And to top it off, I get to pay them $300.00 for "diagnosing" what is wrong with my car. I can tell you what is wrong. You are diagnosing the xxxx thing. I ask for the service supervisor. "He is out of the office today." I ask for his supervisor, "uh, there isn't one, we just have departments." I look for the ownership information or the dealership manager. There isn't any information readily available. I will never use this dealership again. I suggest you stay away from them for any reason you have. More
