Not A Happy Camper Fretz RV would receive 0 stars if given the choice. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!!!! My son and I drove an hour to look Fretz RV would receive 0 stars if given the choice. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!!!! My son and I drove an hour to look at a used R-pod that we had inquired about online if it was still available. They responded it was available and to stop in to see it. We arrived at Fretz about 6:15 pm. on 8.8.2017. We asked for assistance to see the R-pod and Eric Informed us there were customers ahead of us, and the wait time was 15 to 20 minutes for a salesperson. We patiently waited about 15 minutes for Harris to help us. We told him we just wanted to see the R-pod. He said, "is that all you wanted? Someone could have given you the key." He took us to see the R-pod. We chatted for a bit then he left so my son and I could talk privately. When we returned to the showroom, Harris greeted us with a "tell me you want to buy it?" (He could tell by our facial expressions) I said, "yes," and he responds, "we took an internet deposit at 6:OO pm tonight, you CAN'T buy it." Talk about distaste, disgust and displeasure! At this point, we were so disappointed we just decided to walk out, then Harris says you don't want my business card? Are you mad at me? Needless to say, we were not happy campers! During the ride home we searched for the R-pod online thinking Fretz would indicate it as "sale pending." Instead, it continued to allow anyone to make a deposit!!! Fretz RV what kind of shady/unethical practice is this? TAKE NOTE: 1) as we waited in the showroom for a salesman, the R-pod was pictured on the board without a "Hold" sticker. 2) Fretz RV does not indicate a sale is pending on their web page. They continue to take deposits. Fretz RV customer service has DECLINED! Not a nice way to treat a repeat customer or any customer!!!! The Most Unprestigious Dealer Award and Worst Dealer Award goes to Fretz RV!! 8.11.2017 Update - Steve Fretz did try to make good by offering a "new" unit that was similar to the used R-pod but with an UPCHARGE of $5k! Exceeded my budget! More

Great Place We bought our first pop up camper 20 years ago here at Fretz. Since then we bought our first travel trailer, and our newest one yesterday a Jayco Eagl We bought our first pop up camper 20 years ago here at Fretz. Since then we bought our first travel trailer, and our newest one yesterday a Jayco Eagle. My entire family goes camping along with all of there friends, and they all purchased their campers here at Fretz! The entire staff is very knowledgeable with all fascists of RV's.
