Friendly Chevrolet Buick - Service Center

This has to be the worst Chevy dealer in North Carolina. Had an emergency with my car, was told to bring it back in about a month, so I can’t drive for month. Sales is just as bad. When my sales person to Had an emergency with my car, was told to bring it back in about a month, so I can’t drive for month. Sales is just as bad. When my sales person told me I shouldn’t come here and even gave me a name of another shop to go to and told me they were sorry they sold this car to me, should have sent it to auction. My wife was wanting a new car but they gave her such a hard time we went to another dealer. Just saying this the worst Chevy dealer I have ever dealt with and if I could give minus stars I would. Just make sure if you do any business with these people get everything in writing and get it nortized. More
