We are overall pleased with our experience at Friendly CDJR. There was never any pressure from the sales team or financial rep. We came to buy a certain vehicle and drove away with a completely upgraded v CDJR. There was never any pressure from the sales team or financial rep. We came to buy a certain vehicle and drove away with a completely upgraded vehicle that still fit our budget. The paperwork was straight forward and easy to understand. If we didn't understand, it was explained thoroughly. From the time we started the buying process to the completion, Jeffery Arnold would say " I'm going to take good care of you and your going to be happy. Well he was right. He put us in a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve. What s vehicle! We are so pleased and would recommend Friendly to anyone. Keep up the great friendly customer service. More
