AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We had been communicating with Kevin Caponera for a few weeks while trying to figure out how to replace our German-made SUV that was returned under L We had been communicating with Kevin Caponera for a few weeks while trying to figure out how to replace our German-made SUV that was returned under Lemon Law. Over the past 4 weeks, we have test driven everything from Japan, Korea & US and wanted to move forward on a 4Runner but couldn’t “get there”. As we set out yesterday to drive an hour out to Riverside, we did so having already decided it was going to be for test drive purposes only and that we would “sleep on” any decision to buy. That was before we met and shook hands with one Kevin Caponera in person. From the outset, he declared Fritts Ford a “no pressure” dealership and soon put his money where his mouth is. As we took the Bronco 4Dr for a test drive, instead of the quick one mile loop that most salespeople would give, he offered a thorough test drive for both of us before returning to the dealership. Once back at the dealership, we were introduced to Sales Mgr, Anthony, who quickly put some numbers in front of us and listened to our feedback taking it back to his office. After listening to our reasons why it wasn’t going to work, he asked for a concession from us and went back to work for us. Soon he returned with a deal that was too good to refuse. None of the usual “4 Square xx”, just a single page with ALL the numbers in black & white. It was clear we weren’t going to be leaving without a car today. Kevin & Anthony went above & beyond to earn our business and made it impossible to walk away. So much so that my wife started to cry she was so happy! She’s giddy with excitement over getting the car she wanted all along without overextending our finances. Gotta admit I’m pretty happy too. Special thanks to Kevin, Anthony & Nicolas for getting this deal done before closing and delivering a pristine white/white Ford Bronco. We’re gonna put it to good use so don’t go changing dealerships cuz referrals are coming your way. Thanks again! More
