I received excellent customer service while working with Andrew. I found the car online, called about the car and spoke to Andrew. While I was on my way to the dealership, Andrew called to let me know the car was still there and hoping I was still coming in to test drive it. I got there, test drove the car. I loved the car. While on the test drive, Andrew told me all about the car & the features. He was very personable while on the test drive. We got back, he pulled my credit, I put the money down and the car was mine. It was the easiest and most carefree car purchase I've ever had. Thank you again Andrew for making the wonderful car purchasing experience worth the long trip to Brighton, Co. If friends and family are looking to buy a car, I will definitely tell them about my experience with Andrew and advise them to go to Front Range Auto and ask for Andrew for their next used car purchase. I am always apprehensive and on edge entering a car lot which does not go well with the fact that I like to get a different car every 12-24 months. Most sales people are nice but have to play the xx game with their 'manager' or 'finance' on what they can do for you and come back with an insulting discount that it certainly didn't take two to figure out. Alfonso at Front Range Auto made my last purchase the easiest. His approach was about us not him and after he found the right truck for us he came back with a very fair price. This disarmed me as even though I liked Alfonso I was still ready to do battle. The owner clearly respects him and wants to make a big purchase enjoyable for the customer. I will definitely go back to Front Range for my next purchase. More

Andrew was very helpful, he new all the info about the cars and if not he went out of his way to find out. He also got us the best deal and worked with what money we could put down on the truck.
