The sales people, especially Sonia Dimas, are great. The finance guy didn't push us to buy a bunch of extras, so the whole purchase of our ordered vehicle took 2.5 hrs including test drive. The only hiccup was that the sales manager tried to hard sell some kind of wheel insurance, and then wanted us to provide proof we were family to use our Z plan code (which the program SPECIFICALLY says is not required). So know the rules of any plans you use and shop around for extended warranties before you go in and the process of buying a car should be smooth! More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, especially for online orders of the Mach E. They are nothing but corrupt, shady, deceptive, liars. They will let you place a custom order online, wait 9 months for it to deliver, th Mach E. They are nothing but corrupt, shady, deceptive, liars. They will let you place a custom order online, wait 9 months for it to deliver, then surprise you with a last second 17% price hike, lie to you about the sales manager being out of the office so he can't talk to you, agree to have senior management call you in a couple days to "work something out", then quietly sell your car to someone else the next day before that call happens, blame you for it, and then forget to refund your $500 deposit. Yes, this all actually happened to me, and I'm not the only one. The showroom is a dank, mostly empty mess with salesmen sitting at their desks watching YouTube videos on their phone on full volume. Stay far, far away from these weird grifters. More
