We got all the old tactics, bait and switch, multiple touchpoints, long waits and outright lies. Zeena, Tareq, Vic and Zachariah (multiple touchpoints) all assured us they'd deliver a CR-V under 41k. But touchpoints, long waits and outright lies. Zeena, Tareq, Vic and Zachariah (multiple touchpoints) all assured us they'd deliver a CR-V under 41k. But when we got there, the car we wanted was magically gone (bait and switch) so they offered another at a much higher price including a 5k extended warranty. We refused that, then waited while Zeena went and "talked to his manager" for 20 min (long wait trying to exhaust you) to then say he couldn't do the deal because the manager left ( outright lie). We learned our lesson and will NEVER shop at Future in the future. Frustrating waste of time More
