I bought a brand-new Honda Civic hatchback at the end of February 2022. I ordered four extra parts to put on my new car. One of the four parts had been on order before I bought the car. It has been close to February 2022. I ordered four extra parts to put on my new car. One of the four parts had been on order before I bought the car. It has been close to four months waiting for the parts to arrive and be installed. The other day I had two of the four parts installed on the car that third part needs to wait for the fourth part to be installed together. I am told the parts are on back order and the rate is a supply issue. That may be well and good, but I believe four months and waiting still longer is unacceptable. The dealership that I’m dealing with is doing the best I can to get my parts and install them. It seems to be a national supply problem mostly. More

Was very hard for anyone to take responsibility for their part in any of the processes. Had some issues with due bills and the dealership decided my employer should be their contact and proceeded to contact part in any of the processes. Had some issues with due bills and the dealership decided my employer should be their contact and proceeded to contact my employer after being told not to. Overall a pretty subpar experience. The sales guy was nice enough but just that a sales guy didn't want to go out of his way at all. I had to pretty much ask and advocate for myself through the entire transaction. Wont be returning and will stick with Folsom Honda who we have had exceptional service and help at. More
