I bought my KIA 3 years ago. I called on December 12 because I had three warning lights and wanted to take it in. I had my 2022 Telluride’s 16,000 mile check up. The price they gave me was $700.00!!!! Thinking that was REALLY expensive, I questioned why it was so expensive. Turns out that may not have been truthful. They had me pay for an air/fuel induction cleaning. When I questioned the need for this I was told if I did the basic package, my vehicle may have engine problems at 90,000 miles. I blindly trusted the service person and authorized the service. I did additional research when I got home and discovered this service may be required at about 60k miles IF your vehicle is sluggish. That unnecessary service cost me almost $450.00. I spoke to Robert three times. More
(UPDATED)Took my car in for recall work. They added an oil change without asking. When I picked up the car I disputed the oil change and the made it complimentary. Four hours later they called and told me to pay $50 for the oil change or I would not be allowed back! I returned and spoke with the service manager Harry and told him how disrespectful the call was. He would not take responsibility and shifted blame to his associate for conveying the message incorrectly. I gave him $100 for the oil change and told him that was the last business they were getting from me and my three Kia vehicles. If you have to do business with them then assume they will sneak things in and expect you to pay for their mistakes while not taking any responsibility themselves! Several days after posting my review I received a call from a manager at Future Ford/Kia's Service Dept asking for my version of events. About a week later I received a check for the money I paid for the oil change. More
Took car in for recall work. Terrible! They broke my dash board panel & damaged the dash replacing an a/c vent knob and refuse to take responsibility. They took a bogus pic of bre Terrible! I have pics of my car b4 & after. Going to take them to small claims court as they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and wont fix damage they did. Also panel is not installed properly...its in crooked and theres black foam sticking out under it. Just awful! More
do not warrant issues/ rude head light issues this is a ongoing issue,im assuming this is why previous owner dumped the car. i have melted wires and my headlight keeps going o head light issues this is a ongoing issue,im assuming this is why previous owner dumped the car. i have melted wires and my headlight keeps going out , they are saying because original bulb was not put in they will not warrant( well they probably kept burning out , this car only had 24000 miles , kia has issues , this job is costing me over $700.00 --- i am doing all i can to find original owner , and i do know it was purchased at clovis kia ----- kia soul has a lot of issues with this -- i do love the soul , but kia your not nice people==== if anyone has issues please note ---im not done yet --- when i was in there i heard one of the employees say this has to stop==== i did speak with a even on the phone , he was very kind ( lithia where i bought the car was very empathetic and is willing to help with any on going issue -- --- More
Great service and pleasant staff! They always give me great service and are very friendly. They even checked out a couple of issues I thought I was having with my Kia Optima. They even give you a complimentary car wash with the oil change service! And I love the fresh doughnuts they have in the comfortable waiting room with big TV! More
Not Customer Focused - Take your Business Elsewhere The final service on my 75,000 KIA service warranty was not honored when I went in for the 5,000 oil change. I purchased the vehicle new from this dealership, in addition to an additional $4,300 in extended warranties! There was no love given and I was informed very frankly, with no alternatives offered, that I would need to pay for the oil change. To add insult to injury, my wife had taken the car in for the service appointment and we were almost turned away because of the delay in determining the status of our warranty! I sent a detailed letter, including the invoice, to both Fresno Kia's Sales and Service Manager's outlining my displeasure with the level of service received. That was several weeks ago and to date, I have not received any follow-up letters or calls addressing my grievances. From their lack of action, I would have to say that this is a bottom line company and could care less what I think about their dealership. I would strongly recommend that you take your dollars elsewhere and purchase or have your car serviced at any Kia Dealership other the Fresno Kia! More

Will NOT go back I bought my KIA Soul in Las Vegas and noticed the seatbelt was broken. There was a small piece of plastic inside that broke off and the KIA dealership there told me they didn't have time, but if I took it to the Clovis dealership where I live, it's under warranty. When I went to Clovis, Jose Gonzales was instantly giving me dirty looks and trying to screw me over. I'm guessing because I'm a girl. I told him what I was told and asked if I could get it fixed. He got angry and said "why would a Vegas dealer speak on MY behalf?! This is absolutely not under warranty!" I felt completely uncomfortable and it made me miss going to Nissan when I had my 350Z, I was not treated this way. Then another man came and told me it was totally under warranty and they would take care of it and to just go make an appointment. Jose then rolled his eyes and walked back inside frustrated. He was completely unprofessional. I also wanted to fix my sun visor mirror because there was a small crack on the side. The guy told me it would be over $200 to fix it because of lighting and such, but there are no lights in my sun visor. I looked online and they are way cheaper to replace. I would rather drive out of town than go to this dealer again. More
