Bought two cars in two weeks!!!!!!! I have bought from Future Nissan one other time and met a salesman named Dominic Lao on our last purchase and felt he treated us good the last time an I have bought from Future Nissan one other time and met a salesman named Dominic Lao on our last purchase and felt he treated us good the last time and called him again. What I didn't know was how great he really is he remembered me out of all the people he comes in contact with he said I always try to remember my customers that meant so much. We ended up coming down on a day he was off but he made sure I had someone to help me when I came down and even called me to make sure everything was going ok. So then two weeks later we went to pick up my new car from getting the anti theft put on Dominic was there and he helped us by a truck for my husband. This place is lucky to have him as an employee he is dedicated to his job. I also had the pleasure to work with Tommy (I don't know his last name) AWESOME guy too!!!!! More

Incredible Professional, Experienced Customer Service I brought my mother in to test drive several 3 Nissan Models. The Altima, Murano and Rogue. Our salesman, Danny McInturff was incredibly professional, I brought my mother in to test drive several 3 Nissan Models. The Altima, Murano and Rogue. Our salesman, Danny McInturff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. My mom hasn't purchased a car in 14 years and didn't want to feel pushed because she wanted to get a "feel" for what is new and out there. He asked what her top priority was in looking for a car and she said, comfort due to a bad sciatica condition. Having compassion since he dealt with that before in the past, he directed her to "try" the Altima for their memory foam comfort seats and how it personally helped him. He spent several hours with us with using patience, integrity and honesty,..Did he ask for the sale? Of course, that's what good salesman due, but GREAT SALESMEN respect and listen to their customers and because he "heard" we were test driving he just continued to build relationship and offer support and education and invited us to call back with any questions. He also offered some potential options to help me get out of a high lease payment car which is a bit of crunch due to me now being on disability without making me feel "I had to buy" or yank my chain. We have not made our final decision, but based on our experience with Danny and the fact that my mom loved the Altima, we will probably both go back to see him and make a final decision this week. More

Came for new Altima left with an old Honda.Very manipulating Salesman Dustin had me believe that the car I qualified for was a used Honda Accord, the truth is..once I was approved for the car loan I could get Salesman Dustin had me believe that the car I qualified for was a used Honda Accord, the truth is..once I was approved for the car loan I could get any car I wanted. I also told the finance department to hold my loan because I was going through my own bank w a 3.9 interest. They push the loan thru anyways at a 10% interest (of course to make money thru their own bank), even though they spoke with my representative. I experienced awful service. After this car is paid off it would have been nice to do business again with a dealership I trusted and had experience with...with FUTURE NISSAN IT WILL NOT BE HAPPENING More

Buying a vehicle with Joe Phillips I visited Future Nissan a couple of months back and was assisted by Joe Phillips. We looked at several Armada's, but unfortunately at the time I wasn' I visited Future Nissan a couple of months back and was assisted by Joe Phillips. We looked at several Armada's, but unfortunately at the time I wasn't able to qualify on my own. Joe wasn't pushy nor did he just brush me off when I was no longer a potential customer. He gave me has card and told me if I got my credit fixed or could get a cosigner to come back and he would take care of me. Fast forward to today. I went in with my dad (to consign) and asked for Joe right away. We found the perfect Armada and after earning my dad and my trust he also earned some customers. After lots of wheeling and dealing I walked away with an AMAZING vehicle!! My dad being prior service Army is not easy to please and today we left Future Nissan knowing that we were well taken care of. We will refer anyone that we know is in the business for a new car to Joe Phillips! Thanks Joe!!! More

Car buying made easy I searched for many weeks for a car stopping at almost all the dealerships at the Roseville automall. I have owned a Nissan before and was happy with it before trading it in. Luckily i stopped in when i did and was helped out by Saad Mallah. He was helpful and listened to what i wanted and didnt try to push me into something I didnt want. The night i stopped in an hour before they closed they got a nice trade in and they showed it to me. It was a Nissan Altima Hybrid fully loaded and was estatic when i saw it. It was exactly what i was looking for. They gave me a great deal with barely any hassle, took care of me all the way until i drove off. I even got a follow up call to make sure i was happy with the car and i sure was. Thank you Future Nissan Roseville and Saad Mallah for taking care of me. I will be back again for a future car im sure. More
