August 19th my husband was having Rotator Cuff surgery and to pass my time I decided to check out Future Nissan the thought of being able to trade our 2006 F150 Ford was not even on my mind because I was and to pass my time I decided to check out Future Nissan the thought of being able to trade our 2006 F150 Ford was not even on my mind because I was concerned as to rather our credit was good enough to qualify for a car due to some things we were forced to do a year or so ago. when I was confronted by a tall sweet smiling young man (I think Tod was his name,) He was so conferting and sincere, even though he said he had just started a couple of months ago, you sure couldn't tell it, he wasn't pushy like some I have delt with in the past, He protrayed so much confidence and knowledge of the vehicles he was showing me. I told him of my concerns befor we went any farther and he said "Well lets go see what we can do" not discuraging me in any way, as we entered your showroom Tod immediatly introduced me to Jeremey Drebin who also gave me the warm feeling of concern to make sure I felt confident that something could be done and not and not a bit embarrassed if it couldn't. I didn't feel pressured at all but like I was on a excursion with my sons. I also talked to Bob that also incurraged me that he knew what I was going through due to some of his own hardships the last few years. These boys are truly an asset to Future Nissan because of their earnest attitude and down to earth sincerity. if it is an act they are good. I would be amazed if they were, I'm a pretty good judge of carector and they were all very attentive and devoted yet not pushy in anyway. they diffinatly have a 5 star rating from the Croisant's. I just purchased my 2nd Nissan Altima...the first was slightly used and the second was new. Every time my experience has been nothing less than stellar! These guys know their stuff and it shows! Steve Perron and John Young...they knew their products and the inventory and were very patient with me trying to make my selection because I was wanting the perfect car. The "numbers" guys Jason and Adrienne made the impossible....POSSIBLE as far as getting me the payment I wanted but it didn't stop there. Scott who handles the final paperwork and the extra "goodies" like a prepaid maintenance (which I would highly recommend) wrapped it all up with a nice bow and I was on my happy way! Andy was great, very friendly, even my 87 year old grandmother liked him. He did not pressure me and he was easy to talk too. I was just looking at the Maximas and I meet Johnny Zepeda. He was very kind and helpful. I informed him that I wasnt on the market to buy but just to shop and there was no pressure. I was very truthful with Johnny about my budget and how much I wanted to spend on a car. I needed to leave so Johnny kept in contact with me and was able to get the car I wanted for my budget. He was very professional and caring to my needs. I would highly recommend Johnny to any of my friends that are in the market of buying a car.
