Beware of this Dealership when buying a used car or truck. I purchased a 2015 Ram 3 months ago. It has been in the shop for half the time I’ve had it. It went in on May 3 to the mechanics, which turne truck. I purchased a 2015 Ram 3 months ago. It has been in the shop for half the time I’ve had it. It went in on May 3 to the mechanics, which turned out to be the transmission went out. We also realized that it’s not the original engine and the one that was put in is not 100% compatible with the transmission. I have spent several weeks calling the dealership only to be sent to voicemail. I started with the service department, hoping they would talk to my mechanic, going all the way up to the GM. Four different people, leaving several messages, and not one single call back. $28,000 for Truck, $1,450 in car & truck rentals, $1,000 spent previously for truck repairs $400/mo for loan and extended warranty (which won’t pay for repair) and only being able to use it 50% of the time since I purchased it. NOT a good deal and HORRIBLE customer service. More

Don’t trust the service department at Butte GM Got a coupon in the mail from GM for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. So I took my GMC Sierra HD in for this service. When I pi Got a coupon in the mail from GM for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. So I took my GMC Sierra HD in for this service. When I picked the truck up I discovered that they did not rotate the tires. But my paperwork says they did do the rotation. The tires never moved because I had recorded the serial numbers of the tires and their position on my truck. The service advisor got the tech to admit that he did NOT rotate the tires and her response to me was “sorry, these things happen”. They did not offer to make things right or to rotate my tires. I got no satisfaction from the service department so I took my complaint to the office where the finance manager at least offered to refund the money I spent on the service. So I got a free oil change (at least my paperwork says I did) but now I don’t trust them at all. They were more than happy to send me out the door without getting the service they said they would perform. The service area was filthy and I also got my truck back with dirty footprints from the tech. This is a dealership that looks like it is going downhill and my experience proves it. More
