I am not happy with the transactions that were recently made at Riverfront Park GMC.I purchased a Sierra 1500 AT4 putting my trust in the salesman(my mistake) .He asked me what I was looking for I told him made at Riverfront Park GMC.I purchased a Sierra 1500 AT4 putting my trust in the salesman(my mistake) .He asked me what I was looking for I told him I have had 2 Harley Edition Ford F150s that I really liked because they come all decked out all the bells and whistles I never get off paved roads I said several times.He suggested the AT4.They had 1 on the lot I looked at it and thought it might work.So they had one brought in from the Portland area.Beautiful truck but road very stiff and steering was rough also and the tires we’re very aggressive loud and terrible ride.I asked the salesman if Riverfront if they didn’t a factory swap he said no I would have to go to a tire store.So I did put the Michelin tires on it that it called for the ride was better but my trade in Silverado was better and the steering was still not good.After a week or so I figured this truck was not for me.I called the salesman and he said bring it back he would talk with the sales manager and we will make sure you are well taken care of since I was a long time customer buying 5 vehicles from the dealership which also meant I traded in 5 vehicles/So really 10 vehicles.I buy a new truck every 1 or 2 years.I was told at first the AT4and I would get back $10,000 back which I thought was a fair deal and we shook hands then my salesman came back and said no that wasn’t the deal the AT4 straight across for the Canyon about a $20,000 difference in sticker price.I said what happened to the original deal he said something about they couldn’t take off sales rebates or deal holdbacks.I said that doesn’t sound right.Zak in another meeting explained it better but the fact remains we were $20000 off on sticker prices not to mention trade in .So this is how I am being taken care of.I plan on buying more trucks in the future every year or 2 and trading in trucks also .So in the future I will be using a dealership that does take care of me probably another 10 trucks total new and trade ins.I know you dont care about future sales or repeat business or this would not have happened.I also know I probably will not hear back from the dealership or will they do anything about but at least you know why. More

They have exceeded all levels of the lowest of all life forms. The sales manager Zach is nothing but a liar and thief. Zach changed the price by 12,000 over the internet advertisement. Got a vehicle from them 3 months ago and am still waiting to get license plate from them. Ive gotten new temp tags once and am currently riding around with expired temp tags because they told me they couldn' to get license plate from them. Just had my truck in for a recall issue on my engine. Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I needed a ride, so they sent a driver to pick me up, and Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I appreciated what he did, and that is what I call customer service. More
WORST customer service after the sale ever, Zack treated me like garbage, useless employee, still haven't received satisfaction after being promised a $1,500 rebate for financing through GMC financial. Continually blown off, was told 11 days ago I would receive a check, hasn't happened. Would never buy from Riverpark GMC AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO IT EITHER!! Do not make the mistake I did. I would fire zack on the spot for his total disregard and lack of respect for customers. Embarrassed for the owner. Cannot even describe the frustration and disappointment in this employee. More
