Got a vehicle from them 3 months ago and am still waiting to get license plate from them. Just had my truck in for a recall issue on my engine. Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I needed a ride, so they sent a driver to pick me up, and Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. Complete failure. Service rep could not find the problem when it was described to him in detail. I am not a mechanic but know what the problem is. I gave every detail needed to make the proper diagnostic with ease. When picking up the vehicle was told my manager and I drove the vehicle together and we couldn't hear the sound. The stereo was at a volume that no one could have heard the obvious malfunction, when I got into the car upon pick up. Then the service rep told me that he could not justify the parameters needed to replace the part on warranty. So you refuse to do what is right knowing what's wrong with my vehicle because it's to hard to get the money from the warranty company? Maybe you should have kept your job at jiffly lube steve, drain plugs are easy to replace! More

When the vehicle was delivered, we noticed a service that was paid for was not provided. We have been in direct contact with Zach. Countless times, we've reached out, and Zach responded through text that a refund is coming. It's been two months, and we still have not received a refund, only excuses and the runaround. The unprofessionalism after the sale is outlandish and inexcusable. Our last message received from Zach regarding the refund amount was outlandish. We were so lucky to find this vehicle, and the purchase went smoothly, but the total disregard is unacceptable. We will pass this experience to the contractors we work alongside, and we will not be doing future business with GMC Riverton Park More
