Being new to the area, I needed to decide where I would have my RAV serviced. I first spoke with Jacob to make the initial appointment and felt very confident and comfortable with my decision. Unfortunately, I was running late from a previous appointment when the time came and I attempted to make a change.. That part was difficult as they were very busy, but eventually, they were able to fit me in the next morning. Jacob greeted me professionally and proficiently when I walked through the door. He walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. When the work was completed, every item I mentioned was attended to and he went the extra distance to make sure that I was familiar with the onboard system after listening to all my frustrations. I was very impressed and unexpectedly comfortable. Jacob made me feel as though I had been going there for years. He instilled a sense of trust in me by listening and following through with what he said he would do. Richard also greeted me when I first arrived and provided me with information that he researched to address questions I had after speaking with me the day before.
