When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Ethan with a friendly smile. (Even though it was his lunch time and he’d just heated up his lunch but chose to help me instead)! He asked me what I w Ethan with a friendly smile. (Even though it was his lunch time and he’d just heated up his lunch but chose to help me instead)! He asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and after talking he pulled up all the things that would work for me in my budget. now, I am a picky person and was having a hard time finding what I wanted doing online searches. Ethan took away all that stress and matched me with my new Jeep! After the test drive- I knew it was the one for me. He got the process started with the paperwork and Patrick, in finance took over. Now, I had a unique circumstance where I had the rental car I rented with me and no way to get both vehicles back to my house so Ethan went above and beyond and drove it to my house for me! Upon doing so, I had lost my new temp license plate on the back due to the wind but Ethan again was able to save the day and issue a new one to me and installed it again with more protection this time. I appreciate all the time and effort this dealership puts into their customers as it really builds the value of the experience. Thank you Ethan and Patrick, you two are rockstars! More

I had originally gave a great rating but my perspective had changed greatly since leaving the lot with the vehicle. I am somewhat dissatisfied with the vehicle, which Angel offered to help somewhat. Now we had changed greatly since leaving the lot with the vehicle. I am somewhat dissatisfied with the vehicle, which Angel offered to help somewhat. Now we are to the point where my temporary tag has expired and after phone calls and text messages, two days of an expired plate and still no answer. And now we have multiple people, the salesman and the finance manager, Juan, questioning why we are worried and tell us we are overreacting. I don’t think it’s fair to tell me not to worry that I am driving a vehicle without a physical plate or registration, I am the one that could be potentially pulled over, have my vehicle impounded, etc. Does all of that maybe seem far-fetched, maybe, but that is our perspective and the dealership disregarding our thoughts and feelings and acting as if they mean nothing is not professional, nor acceptable in my eyes. No solution offered, just it should show up. More

I was greeted immediately and sat down and spoke to Ethan Costa about a jeep I had my eye on. I didn’t feel very confident that I’d be lucky enough to buy it but he stayed positive and said we were going to Costa about a jeep I had my eye on.
