We bought a jeep from them in 2015 , it was a 3 year old used car, we called to have it serviced and they won’t even look at it. This is the brand you sell and you won’t even look at the brand your name i used car, we called to have it serviced and they won’t even look at it. This is the brand you sell and you won’t even look at the brand your name is on. It’s insulting that the only customers they care about are people buying new cars but have no loyalty to past customers. I was angry and rude on the phone but I have never been refused service from a company I bought a product from, we weren’t asking for free service just that a jeep dealership was the best possible option for a broken Jeep. They do not stand by their product which says alot More
