My wife and I recently were involved in an accident and our Honda accord was totaled. I started the search for a replacement and decided that we wanted a BMW X5, preferably in a diesel. I looked for a couple days and came across one at Miracle Ford in Gallatin by direction of our daughter. From the very first interaction with the team at Miracle I could tell this was a true dealership. Not just car clerks. We were directed to Chris Perdue and the only word I can use is "WOW!". Chris let us know that the car hadn't been through detail yet and he lined it up to be cleaned. (1st time of honestly...this is foreshadowing, in case you missed it). Even when they had a delay in the cleaning because a sold unit needed to go in front (2nd honest moment). Chis sent me VERY comprehensive pictures and commentary about the car. We made an appointment with him to meet at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Two days before Christmas. He greeted us at the door and was very inviting and friendly. His professionalism and fantastic personality was a win/win for us. He spoke to me AND my wife. This is a huge pet peeve of mine and he engaged with us both. The process was amazing. The finance team and Chris worked hand in hand together and even after they had us the financing and all was good, Chris brought us an even better offer that financing received after we agreed. (3rd Honest moment) All in all we left in my wife's new BMW at about 5:50 pm. While we were signing the papers with Jim in finance (another STELLAR human), Chris went and filled us up with fuel. When we were done Chris and a colleague were wiping the car down for delivery one last time. Walked us around the car and we were off. For the first time in my life I asked a salesmen for some cards. We might live almost 2 hours away but, it was worth every mile to get that Miracle smile. I wouldn't hesitate to have Chris help anyone I know. He is honest, informative, trust worthy and helpful. He followed up with us after Christmas to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. If I'm in Gallatin, I would stop in to say, "Hey" and bring some coffee. Just a great family there. At some point in the future, my wife and I will be in the market for a new truck. You can bet ill make the drive to see Chris and the team at Miracle Ford to buy. If I ever owned a dealership, this would be how I would want it run. Honest, friendly and fun. Thank you Chris and the Miracle Team! More
