Extremely Poor Service department Service never returned a single phone call. The only way I got a response was to drop in and ask the same questions I left on the voice mails. Made 3 Service never returned a single phone call. The only way I got a response was to drop in and ask the same questions I left on the voice mails. Made 3 trips to service department, and additional trip with the vehicle so they could pull code in 1 week to get estimates on repair. Then they said they did not have a lift that could pick up the truck and they couldn't do the work. More
