Cameron is an amazing person to help you find your next car. Where did the Service go? This pain's me to write a bad review. We just got our vehicle serviced today with an oil change and it took over 3 hours. It appeared when I would ask a question the young lady at the front desk was annoyed. After the service was done I called up to ask about a discount that I had read about and the same young lady put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I tried to call back and it went right to voicemail. The sad part is we could have done the oil change at our house but in light of all that is going on we wanted to support small businesses. I know these are frustrating times however it is the service that keeps folks coming back. I sincerely hope that Miracle Service department can get back to it's family feel and customer first foundation.. More
