He knows his stuff and was able to get things arranged in a timely fashion. He also arranged to have a trailer brake controller installed when the part arrived and arranged for the truck to be picked up at my house while I was at sea and then brought back when the install was done. This is important for me because I work offshore and am only home a few months out of the year. Chris Fitts is a straight forward no bull crap kind of guy and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I appreciate that. More
